Emotional Rollercoaster Pt 1- I’m ENGAGED!!! (+ Stabilization Gloom) (HCG DIET R2 P3/4/?) VLOG #62

hey guys happy conscious repair here it has been over two weeks since my last-place blog I’m sorry about that it has been a really really extreme couple of weeks for me extremely demanding kept with the most challenging time I’ve had in my entire chief cg excursion since the start of the year and I’ll tell you why in a minute but there has also been some amazing things that have happened as well in the last two weeks I’m going to start with the good news because I’m a positive person and I think that you’ll be really happy to hear it and then even if you turn the vlog off after that you still what good news so my good news is that about two hours after my last blog I did my last vlog on monday the twenty-second of October Australian time in the morning at 8am when I woke up when we were on it on the road up to a brand-new life and we were about to set off for our final date of driving and I’m so tired and my figure “ve been a little” sore and I was stressing to you because I hadn’t been able to do my face three at all would pretty much about a few weeks and half into chapter 3 had to give up face through now because I furiously was compressing up my house and through there was no food and I cooking utensils was all craziness for about two weeks and then we had all these days on the road road to devote to access to health food in the catastrophe this far I didn’t stabilize a great deal of time I’ve loved you I was pretty worried about that but I was sort of saying to you you know well I just have to trust that my organization will bear to bounce back formerly i can get hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 8, Total Lost 16 lbs)

HCG Phase 2 Recipe: Turkey & Veggie Soup

hi everyone so I’m gonna establish you guys a quick and easy recipe for HCG on Phase two it’s just an EPA turkey soup so I previously have some cut up turkey breast 2:30 cooked and homey Turkey boss so I’m just gonna measure this out about two ounces I know it like I read up that it’s like three ounces for cooked meat but I think it was too much so I’m just only doing two ounces of the goose so make sure you weigh it accurately so I’m just gonna take any seller shop and I’m just going to thinly slice these I’m not a fan of celery so I’m just gonna piece this as thin as possible you’re supposed to have like half a bowl of celery and then half a goblet of onions but in have many so I’m just going to use this shallot instead so I’m just no cut everything really finely and then same thing we’re gonna cut up this shallot uh you can use half of these tiny onion if you are willing to but it’s totally up to you and the more like chunkier it is the more it seems of a hearty soup because you are eating such a small portion it’s more appealing to see that you have a lot in your soup so now we’re going to get a pot this is the holy smallest one that I had for right now and we’re just going to heat up the broth and this is again the homemade turkey broth that I attained with time the leftover turkey that I had or the ones that I thought they certainly cooked when I had it in oven and we’re just gonna lent our veggies into the broth and make that cook for about five to ten minutes until the veggies are tender and I only use like a beaker or so of the goose broth and you’re also going to season it with whatever you demand any kind of like herbs or salt pepper just whatever I merely contributed this salt replace and onion gunpowder Osanai seasoning but again it’s up to you so once your veggies ought to have cooking and we’re just gonna supplemented these cooked turkey in and that’s about it you guys it’s like really simple like Phase two I feel like it’s so easy to do because the segments are really small but I’m not really hungry all the time anyways so and it’s really cold here in Texas so I’ve been really liking trimming soups and nonsense so I’ll be compiling like a good deal of soup and like other things like that for this week and formerly you’re done you can garnish with a bit of light-green onion and a disperse of lime and hope you guys experienced this and try this out if you were on the hcg epoches – thanks for watching people bye

hCG Diet Recipe – Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps (Phase 2)

ladies and gentlemen this is Gabriel Joseph and I am coming to you from my kitchen so you know what time it is if chef Joseph time and as you can see I’ve just got craziness going in the background I got my little squirt with my awesomely beautiful partner over there and then my naked boy so I’m gonna wash away he just got out of the bathtub anyways so there you have it so tonight you know necessity is the mother of all invention so the saying departs so I you know the the challenge was that I didn’t develop I’ve got about two more dates on my HCG diet and instead of thawing chicken and cooking it and developing it a little bit earlier today it’s real busy with part and I came through the fridge I was like I have not yet been steak cooked no chicken cooked what am I going to do for my protein so I guided and into the pantry and I got some tuna and that’s some really good tuna right there but you need to make sure that if you’re going to use tuna in any of your recipes you want to get the jam-pack in spray tuna so there is a tuna I had lettuce and I had cucumbers so again the mother of all invention is necessary yeah a necessity is the mother of all invention yeah I’ll get that right anyway so I looked at what I had I was like ooh that looks pretty good so what I did is I made some lettuce wraps and these lettuce wrappers are pretty yummy let me show you what I get that’s my little girl only ran in from outside she’s all up in my rubbish and breathing all over my food so anyways what it is is I placed cucumbers I trimmed them up and then I applied those cucumbers through some tuna on top of that and then on top of that I figured I’d return spicy tonight so I kept a little bit of cayenne pepper for the hotness and then I positioned the nothing this is it’s not overly hot but it does preference really really good enormous spice and whatnot then I’ve depict you guys this recipe before as well this is my dressing and you accompany there’s a lot of good spices in there as well but that’s just apple cider vinegar water stevia and spices of my alternative so zero calories and that then I gave a little bit of Dijon mustard particularly very little calories in this in fact what do we got going on we’ve got very little I can’t even see it that truth and labeling thing needs to make it easier to read I’m joking I detest it when the existing legislation actually say to you you’re too stupid to figure it out on yourself but this is a video and I’m trying to make it short-spoken Kabam Dijon mustard for a little bit of spice boom Bragg Liquid aminos whoa that’s what I’m talking about baby a little bit of soy sauce kind of flavor in that one so as you can see we’ve just got a potpourri of tastes and spices here because I’m recording this off of my iPhone and I have no tripod I can’t reel that bad boy up and then show you what it smacks like but you don’t really care right cuz you can’t taste it you can’t reek it and all you’re doing is salivating over there on that side disappearing I’m so freakin hungry because I’m on period three of my second phase I could kill you right now for eating that thing in front of me yeah I get onto I’ve been there I’ve done that exactly don’t worry about it and another day or two the starvations come subside and if you’re still getting really hungry off of the Phase two diet then guess what go take some video and it’ll disguise that spice disguise that flavor I’m hungry and I haven’t eaten in a little bit it’ll actually inhibits the lust so that’s one thing that I’ve been using and it’s been tremendously supportive for me so there you have it all right so this is gabriel joseph a.k.a chef Joseph there are still you have it some spicy tuna cucumber clam wraps that’s wrapping okay I was cursed with my dad’s sense of humor talk to you later see you back
