hCG Diet Recipe – Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps (Phase 2)

ladies and gentlemen this is Gabriel Joseph and I am coming to you from my kitchen so you know what time it is if chef Joseph time and as you can see I’ve just got craziness going in the background I got my little squirt with my awesomely beautiful partner over there and then my naked boy so I’m gonna wash away he just got out of the bathtub anyways so there you have it so tonight you know necessity is the mother of all invention so the saying departs so I you know the the challenge was that I didn’t develop I’ve got about two more dates on my HCG diet and instead of thawing chicken and cooking it and developing it a little bit earlier today it’s real busy with part and I came through the fridge I was like I have not yet been steak cooked no chicken cooked what am I going to do for my protein so I guided and into the pantry and I got some tuna and that’s some really good tuna right there but you need to make sure that if you’re going to use tuna in any of your recipes you want to get the jam-pack in spray tuna so there is a tuna I had lettuce and I had cucumbers so again the mother of all invention is necessary yeah a necessity is the mother of all invention yeah I’ll get that right anyway so I looked at what I had I was like ooh that looks pretty good so what I did is I made some lettuce wraps and these lettuce wrappers are pretty yummy let me show you what I get that’s my little girl only ran in from outside she’s all up in my rubbish and breathing all over my food so anyways what it is is I placed cucumbers I trimmed them up and then I applied those cucumbers through some tuna on top of that and then on top of that I figured I’d return spicy tonight so I kept a little bit of cayenne pepper for the hotness and then I positioned the nothing this is it’s not overly hot but it does preference really really good enormous spice and whatnot then I’ve depict you guys this recipe before as well this is my dressing and you accompany there’s a lot of good spices in there as well but that’s just apple cider vinegar water stevia and spices of my alternative so zero calories and that then I gave a little bit of Dijon mustard particularly very little calories in this in fact what do we got going on we’ve got very little I can’t even see it that truth and labeling thing needs to make it easier to read I’m joking I detest it when the existing legislation actually say to you you’re too stupid to figure it out on yourself but this is a video and I’m trying to make it short-spoken Kabam Dijon mustard for a little bit of spice boom Bragg Liquid aminos whoa that’s what I’m talking about baby a little bit of soy sauce kind of flavor in that one so as you can see we’ve just got a potpourri of tastes and spices here because I’m recording this off of my iPhone and I have no tripod I can’t reel that bad boy up and then show you what it smacks like but you don’t really care right cuz you can’t taste it you can’t reek it and all you’re doing is salivating over there on that side disappearing I’m so freakin hungry because I’m on period three of my second phase I could kill you right now for eating that thing in front of me yeah I get onto I’ve been there I’ve done that exactly don’t worry about it and another day or two the starvations come subside and if you’re still getting really hungry off of the Phase two diet then guess what go take some video and it’ll disguise that spice disguise that flavor I’m hungry and I haven’t eaten in a little bit it’ll actually inhibits the lust so that’s one thing that I’ve been using and it’s been tremendously supportive for me so there you have it all right so this is gabriel joseph a.k.a chef Joseph there are still you have it some spicy tuna cucumber clam wraps that’s wrapping okay I was cursed with my dad’s sense of humor talk to you later see you back

hCG Diet Recipe – Spicy Shrimp Salad Delight

are ya ladies and gentlemen my honour is Gabriel Joseph and today I am known as chef Joseph yep that’s right I’ve got another recipe intuition here for you and so this is something just super quick super easy and what a steam it down to today is I didn’t have any spinach left and I really like to have spinach for my banquets because like a entire entire bowl full is you know approximately a big handful there’s only about 78 calories and so you’re talking about you can have a lot of spinach certainly fill up your stomach and have very little calories with that so but I didn’t have that I’ve already feeds all of that and haven’t gone browsing yet and so I did have two other of the approved veggies here at members of this house plainly which was celery and celery for about a goblet cup and a half you’re talking perhaps 2025 calories and then I also had broccoli and broccoli as a really high-calorie vegetable in a goblet of broccoli you’re talking perhap 40 45 calories something like that so what I do to offset that is the the flesh that I devour when I have a high calorie vegetable is I have a very low calorie meat and so today I cooked up shrimp shrimp is about 90 calories for a whole entire you know three and a half ounces worth and so you can also have a lot of shrimp and likewise maintain a low-pitched calorie tally so anyways that’s how I various kinds of offset it because as opposed to eating like a 3.5 ounce steak is about 140 calories versus the 90 calories that’s in my banquet here today so with that being said let me show you guys something really quick and I exactly call this my my crunchy prawn salad surprise and what I do is I take my broccoli and I don’t like to eat you know real big huge cases of broccoli inside of like a little salad now I do like little pieces of bra or big portions of broccoli if I was to steam it but this is just raw broccoli terribly very good for you and then I also take and I cut up my celery bits relatively small as well the reason why is because they’re kind of stringy a little bit you know they’ve got that fiber that runs through them unless I cut them up small-minded I get big bits stuck in my teeth and it’s embarrassing I have to go floss not that I don’t floss every day anyway so I’m just saying not after every meal all right then what I do again this is kind of how you trick yourself on the nutrition even though you’re only having a handful of shrimp which normally you can really pound down and like you know ten seconds flat if you trimmed them up into little portions and then trimmed all of your other food up into little patches when you put it into your container and you’re eating through it it’s going to feel like a better longer tastier dinner ordeal because of the fact that you’re dining more of it now the last thing that I’m going to show you guys is for your carbs you’re gonna want to have like a melba snack or some type of approved cracker like that these are absolutely awesome and for three crackers well for four crackers you’re talking 260 calories so for three crackers you know you simply you might be hitting 45 or so so anyways what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna name this off to the side then I’m gonna applied my tripod down as well and let me show you how I get everything there is braced up okay so relatively easy what I do is just kind of throw all my stuff into One Bowl oh that was like soup ream you can tell that chef Jeff is not a professional okay so then we’ll take all of the other stuff and that’s just simpler and formerly we get it all into the bowl then the the hCG Diet Recipe Fruit With Warm Vanilla Sauce

the hcg diet including stage 2 you’re allowed to fruit dishes for vegetable saucers and two protein or meat saucers throughout the day so or functions I guess so the whole tear point is you got to really maximize the appreciation and spice it up with smorgasbord so tonight what I’m going to do is we’re going to stir some fruit with heated vanilla sauce okay so nothing new you know peculiarly I enjoy an apple for my snack it’s one of the approved nutrients on the hcg nutrition and so what we did is and I’ll show you all this in just a second so what I did is I rolled out and I went this cookbook this is where I take a lot of my inspiration from this is the HCG diet gourmet cookbook and this is amazing it’s got over 200 recipes in now and some of them are pretty complicated and some of them are pretty simple but one of the things that a great deal of parties are asking me about is hey how do you make savory snacks or desserts because I need something immediate i need something really good it’s something that kind of you know slakes that sweet tooth right so again tonight we’re going to be attaining the fruit with heated vanilla sauce it’s one of the recipes in here and I’m just going to go ahead and situated this down now on the bar and we’re going to get down to it right so let’s talk about some of the things that we are able to need for this it’s really pretty simple I cut up half of an apple right here we’ve got already get that proceeding then I went vanilla powder and this is kind of is not extremely hard to find but I didn’t find it exactly at my regional food tablespoons of the lemon juice and if you guys can’t tell I haven’t made this yet so I’m going to go ahead this is an experiment to see how it smacks then I’m sure it’s going to be good because the other recipes i have done have been absolutely amazing for this ok so there’s 1 tablespoon here’s the second tablespoon ok so we throw that in there and then we also need one half teaspoon of apple cider vinegar so a half a teaspoon now like I said this stuff actually parcels in a pouch let’s go ok so now we’ve got all of our parts in there now what we’re going to do is mix it up so you merely mix it up in now and the gunpowder and the stevia are going to add to or half compatibility or contribute some coagulating in here now we’re going to place that into the microwave or you are eligible to heat it up on the stove in a little saucepan or whatnot but we’re just going to back this bad boy up and as you can see I’m professional in my professional kitchen so we’ll really shy this in here we’re going to go for me and easy instant BAM okay so as we’re permit that heat up this is about the time generally speaking that I would be chopping up my apples but I already did that for sake and appliance reason and assembles no sake of flags of convenience so I’ve already said and done and my apples once looking good fact a little something something that’s not used to call here boom voil we’re going to go a little bit of cinnamon on this as well so i’m just going to powder my apples with just a little bit of cinnamon that’s something i typically do if i’m just going to be doing it really quickly easier whatnot but you are well aware not too much it’s just a savour I only do a little bit of sentiment on there some good nonsense okay I can’t wait to taste what this plunge sauce savor like I make could be good it could be bad but I’ve had a couple other things that I’ve made as far as recipes out of this recipe book hmm it’s been very good okay well let me show you what I went here with all sorry for this week that’s just kind of the method it goes all right so I’ve got my plunge sauce and you see that the uniformity is really really runny so generally speaking what I would do is I really hurl that into the fridge for really a couple of minutes but because I want to see what this nonsense perceives like I’m going to go ahead and give it a try so let’s see here people let’s check this bad boy out okay so it’s going to go on to a freezing apple regardless and exactly pass it a little dip dip in there and I experience oh wow okay I “ve told you” the spice of lifetime right it’s not cook although it certainly is fun but to keep truly punished on your food in my opinion I pointed out that I need to have you know you can only have so much stuff so generally speaking a half steak every once in a while I have chicken every once in a while but my two staples ought to have tuna and shrimp so you are unable cook that nonsense up a certain number of ways and hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 19, Total Lost 23 lbs)
