hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 7, Total Lost 14.5 lbs)

well good morning ladies and gentlemen this is Gabriel Joseph again coming at you for my daily weigh-in and too a duet beings have been asking me some questions I got my little booboo now what’s up be waking them up as we’re talking and I’m here in my kitchen anyways a duet people have asked me some questions let me really look who it is real quick I want to answer those is ground beef lean meat for the diet the answer is no you can either than stage 1 and time 2 of the food sure as shooting get the room good fatty trash for time 1 when you’re doing your laden and you’re loading up your sags but for stage 2 you’re super concerned about your calories so you can eat ground beef if it’s the 95 to 97 percentage overweight free but a it’s pretty dang expensive and B you’re still talking about 215 calories nearly for only three and a half ounces of meat so each meal for lunch and dinner you’re looking to perhaps pound I don’t know 220 to 230 calories or 210 – perhaps 230 calories per snack and you’re going to burn all of that up with your flesh if you do it like that so my suggestion get three and a half ounces of shrimp or you know which is about 90 calories or three and a half inch ounces of crab or something like that which is about 44 to 50 calories so you can eat more meat but what I propose is having the calorie tally come down so you can load up more on bed terribly full oh my little buster is coughing so I hope he’s not coming down with what his little brother how so anyways that’s the responses to that question you can eat it in face to make sure it’s a really really lean stuff but I don’t suggest that you use your calories somewhere else alright second question is how long is the HCG diet how does it work in a nutshell look for a blog post on Gabriel Joseph comm HCG DIET 2 DAYS OFF, NO PROTOCOL OR HCG JAN-31-11

hello ACG family i’m back and some interesting interesting results so you know I “ve told you” for two days I’m going to get off the protocol no shots and I’m trying to p3 fatty date and a p3 stake thing because it was like two and a half days of the same number and God bless all you guys to have the perseverance for these little point tools and pitch personnel I don’t have calmnes and plus I was starving the darknes that I made the decision to do this I waken up I only slept two hours first of all I fell asleep starving so I chugged a pint of irrigate try to chug a pint of liquid and then I woke up 2 hours later with stomach anguishes so I was like oh my god and then I checked my path and memory you yeah it was one o’clock in the morning I shouldn’t do that but the same number I said oh oh no uh-uh I exactly can’t this tomb is suffering this life is too short to tolerate so I try to tweak it a little bit and try and experiment so let me tell you what happened okay that night before bed I had to two fried eggs with cheese and olive oil regular be you know after the day before yesterday that I did a whole we CLD day and then that morning after one o’clock i fell asleep like around oh I abode awake I try to control myself at for something am I impelled my date my eggs and then around seven o’clock in the morning I went down a pound continue digit I don’t know anyway your torso does what i want to do so then um the next day i already made up my knowledge so you know once i even out my head I don’t know it could be that like the little angel telling you do this and you know sometimes you have to listen okay you can’t utter yourself go through too much strain so you know the morning i woke up i decided to do a solid day so I dog suck my cappuccino with full overweight milk and my stevia I was in heaven already with time that and then I drank my pint of irrigate with apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons and around twelve o’clock because that’s normally how I do a solid date I eat at lunchtime at twelve o’clock I two more eggs same path as the night before and then like two around two o’clock i was eating some almonds I was snacking on almonds throughout the day when I felt a little hunger and then I had another cup of coffee with milk and stevia blah blah blah oh no wait after the eggs i had another cup of coffee cuz i love coffee with milk so you are familiar with I had another cup of coffee then I was snacking throughout the day we’re nuts almonds actually and that continue me coloring full daylight and I imbibe my sea I did drink like a gallon of water demo on my fatty era and then I had another cup of chocolate I shouldn’t do it but I cherish coffee with milk so forget about it so then I had that and then at nighttime I had like a dinner hour i think it was around seven am I make 7pm I had a steak like maybe six ounces no actually I think it could have been eight ounces so I try to stick with solid Nova no veggies you are familiar with I simply want to stick to really fats my form I was starving so something’s up perhap my form merely needed fatties so I eat then it was so good and I was so quenched and imbibe my water hat has some tea then lead representation you are familiar with I was thinking the next day to do a steak day so it was almost 12 midnight and I was still up and I say you know what I’m hungry and I know is 12 midnight but I’m gonna come me some more eggs so I saw me some two more deep-fried eggs so forget it I filled up i did good it was a wonder day so then no more arm after a diet fell asleep like a child I woke up in the morning but there was a gain of detail eight I symbolize think about it all that food I had to gain something and plus let me tell you I looking at my records I did not poop for about four daylights okay so the research results i’m going to give you it’s a little bit you know not accurate because I I should have been able to have a bowel movement and then start the solid date so like that i can know exactly what I lost or gained or whatever but anyway it was a point eight game no turd hitherto and I was like oh my god okay fine it didn’t vex me the object eight activity it was the pooping because I feed so much meat now my gut my my entrails were bothering me now forget it i did a smooth move the next day when i was doing my my steak period and exactly a gallon of sea and I didn’t eat all day really drink gallon of irrigate no coffee no good-for-nothing and then at six o’clock I had a big steak maybe eight ounces with the solid and everything and then around seven not like around eight or nine o’clock 830 I fantasize I had a big apple okay so I feel satisfied because I was you no actually I’m fasting all day and then that was kind of like a big meal so I feel better but let me tell you that steak epoch this past eight era was various kinds of hard-bitten I entail I was starving grew up most of the day I don’t know if I must be given to do because I didn’t have a CG for two shots I didn’t have it so it would have been my second date without a CG so but it was hard the steak period was really hard for me and I wanted to do this because if I had any retain sea I trying to get rid of it so I could begin a CG again and don’t accused it on the spray so the next day I waken up to a point to loss now mind you i still haven’t pooped so it’s like four and a half daytimes or whatever and my entrails are full and I and demise the smooth move to network so then um I said oh I you know now I’m supposed to be I ECG so and do the 500 calorie or whatever but I did another I the next day I precisely did another bowl of smooth move and because i was going to do the low-grade calorie diet so I you know so I did it o.m.g hmm that’s all I’m saying ah the biggest bowel movement I could retain I don’t know everything came out so that’s two beakers so but I Oh who’s what a comfort so okay so I did the vcl d and that would have been like my let me recognize v CLD number 8 i’m pretty sure seven or eight but I’ll you know I’ll do another vlog and I’ll correct if I you know didn’t do it right and then next day and I was hoping and praying because my proportion you knows now when i started the fatty guy i was 1 71 times amor was it let’s see it was exactly it was before the fatty date I woke up to 170 1.6 and after the country period I was 170 2.2 so I was hoping and praying that the bowel movement helped me some or whatever then the next thing yay I woke up to a 2.8 liberate I am now don’t aim tum tum one 69.4 160 s yeah baby so you know hopefully this is gonna keep on leading um so today I’m on my second we CLD and my second shot you know after these days and I feel wonderful I have a lot of energy again and my appetite is not that bad today I felt fulfilled I wasn’t hungry even my Apple was like taking little bites to finish it because I didn’t devour it like i generally do so i don’t know the ACG again in my organisation is like full accelerator is working good so okay so i’m in my one 69.4 accurately and hopefully um oh I made up my psyche I’m gonna do another one okay I’m gonna do another experimentation but imma make sure that the day before i’m going to do another smooth move and am really have a bowel movement before i go on my steak my paunch daylight okay so like that we can have
