Today we bring you a Diet Plan in which you can eat all day! In this Diet Plan, you can have your regular tea, roti-sabzi and also you get to eat something tasty every 2 hours! This 1200 calorie Diet Plan will not only keep your calories in control but will also help in weight loss besides taking care of your taste buds! Both males and females can follow this diet plan.Start your Morning with Warm Water, honey and lemon. Take a glass of warm water and add half a lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey. Make it fresh every morning and don’t reheat it as it kills some of the useful enzymes present in honey. This drink will melt away your body fat and also flush out toxins from your body. It will also boost your immunity and helps clear your skin. Next meal is Tea with 2 biscuits.Try using low fat milk and very less sugar. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. For this, let’s first cook Masala Oats. Those of you who don’t like oats, please do try this recipe. This dish is loaded with vegetables making it delicious and nutritious. Green peas, carrots, Capsicums and Beans are some of the vegetables that are always kept chopped in my refrigerator. It saves a lot of time and effort and really comes in handy when I am cooking in a hurry.Take a Saucepan. Add half spoon of olive oil. Half spoon of black mustard seeds. 2 cloves of garlic, chopped Pinch of turmeric powder 1 large spoon of Chopped carrot 1 large spoon of capsicum. Mix it well. Add 1 cup of water. 1 large spoon of Green Peas. 1 large spoon of chopped onion. 1 large spoon of chopped tomato Now add 1 large spoon of Oats. Add pinch of salt, red chili powder and dhaniya powder. We have taken all ingredients as per 1 serving only. You may adjust the quantity as per your requirement. These oats will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Alongwith Masala Oats, we will take one fresh apple and a glass of milk.This combination will provide you energy throughout the day. Two hours after Breakfast, have a bowl of fresh fruits. Have any seasonal fruits except Banana like Oranges, Strawberries, Pineapples, Grapes and Rasbharis. Fruits are low in calorie and provide your body the essential nutrients and fiber. For Lunch, you have to take your regular Dal/Sabzi with 2 aata rotis. In addition, you can take this tasty raita. For this raita, we will take a bowl of freshhomemade curd/yogurt. Add 1 grated cucumber to this. Then add one tablespoon of Flax seeds powder and mix it well. For taste, add little salt, black pepper and roasted cumin powder. Then add fresh cilantro. Flax seeds have good amount of fiber content and prevents constipation. They also help lower cholestrol level and is very important for daily diet. Half an hour after lunch, have a cup of Green Tea that will help digest your food quickly. To prepare Green Tea, boil a cup of water and switch off the gas. Then add half teaspoon of Green Tea and cover it with a lid for about 10 minutes. Then strain it and serve it hot.With evening tea, you can have a bowl of Fox Nut / Lotus Seeds popularly known as makhana. They are very low in calorie and have lots of health benefits. To make these makhanas, take a non stick pan and dry roast them. Once they are roasted, add a spoon of olive oil with a pinch of salt. Health benefits of makhanas are way more than those of dry fruits and they also help in weight loss. For Dinner, we’ll prepare a very delicious soup with lots of vegetables that will give you fullness for long. Take a saucepan. For one bowl of soup, take one bowl of water. You may adjust the quantity. Add 1 large spoon of chopped carrots. 1 large spoon of chopped capsicum. 1 large spoon of chopped beans 1 large spoon of Corn 1 large spoon of onion Half a spoon of grated ginger 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped Mix it well Add a pinch of salt. Add 1 large spoon of Green peas. Add 1 large spoon of Tomatoes. Add 1 large spoon of Paneer. The soup should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. In the serving bowl, add half a lemon. You can make minor variations in this diet plan like for breakfast, you can add vegetables to daliya, poha, upma or even sandwiches. Important is you take vegetables, be it in any form. You can even take some low calorie sandwiches that we showed in one of our previous videos. You can check the video link in description box. Similarly, for lunch, try a different daal or sabzi everyday with no or very less oil and spices. once in a while, you may even replace roti with a bowl of boiled rice. For dinner, you may experiment with different vegetables everyday for variety. If you have a leftover daal or sabzi, you may add it to your soup for enhanced taste and nutrition. In addition, have minimum 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. Have Plain or flavoured water – whichever way you like but have in good quantity. Now summer is right around the corner, and everyone is looking to lose weight fast. I mean, we’re going to be wearing a lot less clothing I wanna look like the hot guy in the pool loungin on the tube not just look like the tube. So recently a friend of mine a fellow youtuber Ms. Yanny told me about this military diet. Where you can lose 10 pounds in 3days! Yeah you heard me right, 10 pounds. So basically you’re supposed to follow a specific meal plan for 3 days and the combination of foods are supposed to work together to help you burn fat and lose weight. Now I know what you’re thinking, there is just just no way and I am just as sceptical as you are.So I went to a trainer to ask them specifically if this would work and they confirmed that, yes it can work cause because the foods that you’re eating filling but low in calorie. Now I’ve decided that I’m not only going to show you how to do this diet but I’m crazy enough to act as your guinea pig and do this meal plan for the next three days to prove if it actually even works, but hey I can stand to lose a couple of pounds. So let’s get started. Follow me on my journey Mm-hmm. The first thing that you need to do is weigh yourself in the morning of the first day that you are starting All right.I’m about to weigh myself. Oh-oops I was just off the scale cuz I’m so fat and the grand total is 157.6 lbs (71.4 kg) you’ve done that you’re just going to follow the meal plan and here it is Good morning, I have boogers in my eyes This is breakfast day 1 and what I’m eating is a half a grapefruit One slice of toast (whole wheat is best) with two tablespoons of peanut butter and one cup of coffee, no sugar No anything, it’s black, and I don’t even like coffee and I’m about do drink it It’s not that bad. It’s a little strong. I’m definitely going to be awake after this. You could also have a bottled water handy I don’t normally eat grapefruits.I don’t know how to eat it. What do you do? Okay, this is not working for me. I’m not trying to be fancy anymore with this thing. Okay, this is good mmm Not bad breakfast so far It’s lunchtime And I’m eating a half a cup of tuna, one slice of whole wheat toast, and one cup of coffee Also, you can have water too. Okay, I did it I’m done and that’s only day one It’s dinner time and what I got today is three ounces of a meat of your choice One cup of green beans a half a banana one small Apple. I have one cup of vanilla ice cream I’m going to enjoy the hell out of this. So this is everything that I would eat already So I’m not really having a problem You don’t really need to watch me eat Day two and I’m eating one egg cooked anyway you like the half of a banana and a slice of whole wheat toast and don’t be making fun of my egg I know it’s jacked up with having boiled an egg know by now. This is something that I would eat normally It’s just delicious All right It’s lunch time, day two, and I’m eating one hard-boiled egg Five saltine crackers and the dreaded one cup of cottage cheese. I’m not excited about this one I don’t usually eat cottage cheese. That’s the one thing I’m kind of worried about them smell too bad I wonder if I spread it with a crack or maybe it’ll be a little bit easier to eat.Why is it lumpy? I Don’t like the texture That grosses me out a little bit. The taste isn’t bad though. With the crackers I don’t even really taste it just tastes like cream cheese. I mean will I eat this every day? Know about that it’s dinnertime and I’m eating two hot dogs, no bun a half cup of carrots one cup of broccoli half banana and a half a cup of vanilla ice cream not a cup like we had last time I have to tell you the thing that I’m the most excited to eat today is the hotdog when I first heard of this I was like I’m not gonna want a hotdog, like, that’s not something I’ve been craving I’ve been craving it all day, especially after eating that cottage cheese.It took me an hour to eat So this I’m gonna make love to it. I love all the stuff so I’m gonna go fucking eat. I just woke up Good morning breath and all it’s breakfast day three and I’m eating one small Apple five saltine crackers and a slice of cheddar cheese Yes, just a slice. This is a very small breakfast. At this one I’m a little bit over this diet Today’s the day that I eat the least but on top of that I have to eat tuna fish again for dinner And I’m really not looking forward to that I mean it’ll be worth that in the end if I actually lose the weight, so I’m praying that that actually happens It’s lunchtime and I’m eating one slice of whole wheat toast and one egg cooked any way you like So much food.What am I gonna do Again, I like everything I’m eating but it’s just I don’t know if this is enough to get me through till dinnertime I’m a big boy. I gotta get some food in me I’m gonna eat it slow and to make it last Hey it’s dinner time the meal that I’ve been dreading all day And I’m eating a cup of tuna fish a half a banana and cup of vanilla ice cream I had to prepare the tuna a different way because I just wouldn’t be able to down it and this is My only meal and I really have to eat this so I just grilled it up.No oil or anything Just plain and then I did season it with a little bit of salt and pepper They said in this diet you can actually season it. So I had to do it. I’m praying that it made a difference Let’s hope. Here it goes. Oh my god so much better .Ten times better Why didn’t I do this before? It tastes like chicken now? It got rid of that fishy taste But if I would have known this I would’ve beaten tuna a long time enough. What a triumph So after I’m done with my tuna, I’m just gonna might get out of my ice cream and I’ll be done with this diet Thank God and we will see if I actually lost some weight So once your three days is up you’re going to then weigh yourself on the morning of the fourth day To see if it even worked.I hope I hope I hope time for the moment of truth 151 lbs (68.4 kg) I lost 6 pounds!!! It’s not ten but I’ll take it I haven’t been that small since pre-school Now this diet can be done once a week But weight loss will vary depending on a persons previous diet. Or if you’re super lazy, just mix the amount of lemon juice into your daily drinking water. *Sips from cup* *Music* Did you know that drinking two cups of cold water on an empty stomach can boost your metabolism by up to 30%? This is actually crazy if you think about it because I burn about a thousand calories a day naturally; burning an extra 30% is like 300 calories, which is like another small meal.Drinking water before each meal also fills your stomach up so you don’t overeat. Studies have shown that if you do this before every meal for 12 weeks, you’ll lose 4.5 pounds or 2 kilos more than if you just eat normally I’ve been doing this next hack without realizing for the longest time. Basically, instead of a normal plate, eat from a smaller plate than you would usually. There’s actually proof that eating from a smaller plate tricks your brain into thinking you’re eating more than you actually are. So when you finish your meal, you’ll psychologically feel fuller and not continue to overeat. This applies to eating from smaller bowls as well, which I’ve been doing all my life because Chinese bowls are actually quite small.Another study found that eating food off a plate with contrasting colors will help people reduce the amount that they’re eating. The mind doesn’t realize how much you’re eating if the food and plate are too similar in color. So if you had a meal with mostly red food, choose a green plate to eat off; And if you have a meal with mostly yellow food, then choose a blue plate. Basically, you’d stop sooner. Now this hack really speaks to me and all you lazycorns out there.It’s actually: to sleep. Studies have shown that lack of sleep is bad for your body’s metabolism and that getting seven to eight hours a day of sleep boosts your metabolism and lowers stress hormone levels, which also causes weight gain. So now you can sleep in and not even have to feel bad for it. I’ll definitely be using this to my full advantage, cause sleep is my most favorite thing in the world. *Music* Not all fats are bad. There’s evidence that eating mono-unsaturated fats in the morning helps your blood sugar levels… well… stay leveled. One suggestion by Tim Ferris is to have four Brazil nuts and one tablespoon of almond butter in the morning. This will regulate your blood sugarsfor the rest of the day, and it’s pretty good. Another super simple hack to lose weight is actually to turn down your thermostat by a few degrees. This is perfect for lazy people like me who like reaping the rewards without moving a single muscle. Science has shown that your body burns slightly more calories in the cold than in warm temperatures.Obviously don’t turn down your temperature so much that you’re shivering, but a few degrees probably won’t be too noticeable. But actually shivering burns a lot of calories but very uncomfortable and I really don’t recommend it. Instead of PJs and stuff, wear your gym clothes around the house. Seriously, this actually works, because whenever I’m in my gym gear, I just feel more active and healthy and it actually makes me feel like exercising. I know it’s totally psychological, but I also tend to move around more even at home and occasionally get motivated enoughto actually go to the gym because, like, I’m in my gear. If you’re going to exercise, the best time is at the beginning of the week, like a Monday, because you can set a psychological pattern for the rest of the week.Oh my gosh, I only did 17 steps? Wait… Where am I? Why am I here? Why do I feel the need to walk? Why am I walking? Another simple hack is just to wear a pedometer. Research has shown that people who wear these are more likely to reach their step goals than those who don’t, even when they aren’t specifically trying to lose weight. I personally think this is awesome because you don’t actually need to commit to any exercise. You just need to wear it and then let your subconscious do the work for you. *music* Get in touch with your lazy side and try eating your food even slower. Chewing more and slowing down your eating will give your body time to realize when it’s full, so you don’t overeat. Studies have shown that you can consume up to 10% less calories just by doing this.I’m sure you all know the feeling when you’re starving and you eat super quickly and then you realize you’ve eaten way too much and regret it for the rest of the night and puts you in a food coma and then you can’t move. Yeah. Happens to me all the time. So eat slower! *Music* When you eat more often and in smaller portions, this causes less blood glucose spikes which in return causes less fat gain. It’s great because it gives you an excuse to eat, like, six meals a day and not feel bad.Just make them smaller than normal. *Music* Exercise less. Yes, you heard me! If you’re someone that’s motivated enough to exercise to lose weight, you could be doing it all wrong. Studies have shown that exercising for hours at a low intensity is much less effective than a short 15-minute high intensity workout. Some high intensity activities include jumping jacks, squats, lunges and skipping. If you wanna know more, look up “high intensity interval training.” Cutting my exercise down from 1 hour to 15 minutes definitely sounds like a win to me.*Music* Find a hobby that keeps you in shape then you’ll never have to exercise again. I love dancing, and I don’t view it as an exercise at all so, two birds with one stone. Awesome! *Music* Eating spicy food has been shown to increase your metabolism. You can use chilis from the supermarket or some cayenne pepper. If you didn’t know I am a huge fan of chili and I would put chili in everything if I could, so this could be a part of my secret and I didn’t even know about it. *Music* Drinking a cup of green tea before bed increases your metabolism so you can burn more calories while sleeping, and I truly give this a lazy thumbs up. *Music* Another thing you can eat before you sleep is a spoonful of peanut butter. I honestly didn’t think this hack was accurate, but there is some nutritional evidence that a small amount of peanut butter before bed actually helps keep your metabolism up during sleep.I love peanut butter so you don’t need to tell me twice. *Music* Wear form-fitting clothing while you eat. This hack is great to help with portion control, because if you start eating too much you you’ll get a physical reminder that you should probably stop because of the constricting, so the most dangerous time to eat is actually at home when you’re in your PJs and loose clothing. Watch out guys! *Music* Never shop on an empty stomach; you have less self control when you’re hungry, so eat something before you go grocery shopping, even if it’s, like, a fruit or a small snack, that way you are less likely to buy things like junk food and sweets and you also save money.Win! And don’t even keep junk food at home. The only reason people are likely to eat junk food is when they are aimlessly wondering around and feeling peckish. You open the cupboard and it’s there, so take away the temptation, and plus, I’m way too lazy to go find junk food if it’s not there, so it kind of works for lazy people. Pamper yourself. Chronic stress can be a major cause of weight gain, so it’s in your best interests to relax a little. Try a hot bath with epsom salts, ten drops of lavender oil and half a cup of baking soda.It’s super relaxing, draws out toxins, and lowers stress related hormones and balances your pH *Music* When eating a meal, eat the healthiest thing first. If you can’t finish your meal and it’s too much, it’s better to have eaten your healthy calories than the unhealthy ones. *Music* Limit sources of temptation, especially at night. I’m actually the biggest offender of this because I always get food envy when I’m scrolling down Facebook or Instagram, and then you see those food posts, and next minute I’m, like, drooling on the screen, and I don’t even know how I got there, and if that means you have to block food accounts or not go on social media at night then might be a sacrifice you need to make for your waistline. *Music* When buying a meal ask for your dressings and sauces on the side.Dressings can often be the most unhealthy part of the meal, so this way you only eat what you need. *Music* Simple food substitutions can help you cut calories and fat while satisfying your cravings. Use Cravings 911 on Good Housekeeping to find healthier alternatives to commonly craved foods. One example is that cauliflower dipped in BBQ sauce apparently tastes like chicken nuggets, and I tried this, and it doesn’t taste like chicken nuggets, but it’s pretty good. *Music* Try sneaking in some more vegetables into your meals. Obviously you won’t need to do this if you’re vegetarian already, but for things like stews or stir-fries, a little bit of extra vegetable won’t even be noticeable, it’s super tasty and so much better for you and generally vegetables have less calories than the same amount of meat, so that’s a win! *Music* Eat when you wake up because that will kickstart your metabolism. If you wait an hour or two before eating then that’s time wasted that you could be burning calories doing absolutely nothing. *Music* Standing up for three hours a day can burn up to 150 calories compared to sitting, and I know this is not super lazy, but think about all the other things you have to do to burn 150 calories.So if you’re on the computer a lot, consider a standing desk, and if you can’t do that find some excuses to stand up, like, take more drink breaks or bathroom breaks. *Music* If you’re hungry, ask yourself if you want an apple. If the answer is no, you’re probably just bored, so go do something entertaining instead. *Music* Eat with your non-dominant hand. This works because most of the food decisions we make happen automatically, especially when we’re watching something. Research has shown that simply by eating with your non-dominant hand you can break up your habit enough that you become more aware of your eating decisions, allowing you to stop sooner.*Music* Try watching some funny videos as well! Scientists have found that laughing intensely for an hour can burn as many as a hundred calories, and in particular helps build up your abdominal muscles. *Music* Watching a scary movie can help you lose weight, but the scarier it is the more calories you burn.
